First Step: In order to book online you have to call a spa 212.505.3185 to become a register client. You will be be given your own ID number and a password for farther acess. Please have your credit card ready for registration. This is one time prosedure, and in the future you will go directly to www.gjspa.com website to reserve your appoitment.

Cancellation: Reflecting the limited availability of appointments, a minimum of 12 hours advance notice is required for cancellation or reschedule of any treatment.  Guests who do not arrive at the appointed time, or fail to notify us within the 12-hour courtesy window, will be charged 50% of the entire treatment fee. A 35% charge will apply for those appointments rescheduled within the 12-hour window. Credit card information is required for all reservations. Please note that cancelled appointments are non-refundable.

Guest lockers are available in the men's and women's changing area. For your convenience we provide robes, slippers and locker amenities. Peace of mind is best served by not bringing valuables to the spa.
 

Privacy is assured. We gather various personal information in order to preserve your well-being, optimize treatments, and make visits go as seamlessly as possible. You can be completely confident that any and all personal information you share with us will remain confidential.

Guests must be 18 or older. As we are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by minors, kindly make childcare arrangements prior to visiting the spa.

Gift Certificates may be redeemed for spa and salon services, spa products, and food and beverage at the Café. Please treat as cash, as we are unable to replace lost or stolen certificates. In lieu of cash refunds, credit will be issued for unused gift certificates, services or product purchases. Certificates may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
