Great Jones Spa Visitor Health Screening

Please read before visiting the spa

What to expect when you arrive at Great Jones Spa

 

Due to Covid 19, the information on our website may not be valid, if you have any questions please contact our front desk or email info@gjspa.com

· Please wear a mask when visiting the spa. You will be asked to sanitize your hands and your temperature will be taken. If your temperature is higher than 100.4 degrees, we will have to reschedule your appointment. You will be asked four questions, see Health Screening Tool for Visitors. If you answer yes to any of the questions, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

· Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your service. You will be escorted to your treatment room. Please advise the Front Desk Associate if you need to use the bathroom before your service. When you enter the treatment room there will be hangers to place your clothes.

· Couples Massages will not be performed at this time

· There will be hand sanitizer throughout the spa for your convenience

· Please socially distance

· Our retail area is open

· Water Lounge, Locker Rooms, Juice Bar and Waiting Areas are closed at the time

1. Have you experienced a fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or greater, a new cough, new loss of taste or smell, or shortness of breath within the past 10 days?

No. Go to the next question. Yes. No further screening is needed. You may not enter the spa.

2. In the past 10 days, have you tested positive for COVID-19 using a test that tested saliva or used a nose or throat swab (not a blood test)? (10 days measured from the date you were tested, not the date you received the test result.)

No. Go to the next question. Yes. No further screening is needed. You may not enter the spa.

3. To the best of your knowledge, in the past 14 days, have you been in close contact (within 6 feet for at least 10 minutes) with anyone while they had COVID-19?

No. Go to the next question. Yes. No further screening is needed. You may not enter the spa.

4. In the past 14 days, have you traveled internationally or returned from a state identified by New York State as having widespread community transmission of COVID-19 (other than just passing through the restricted state for less than 24 hours)? Visit https://coronavirus.health.ny.gov/covid-19-travel-advisory for applicable states.

No. The guest may enter the spa. Yes. No further screening is needed. You may not enter the spa.
